2) 2nd round of Product Sense & Product Execution interview (ons-ite)

Meta's PM interview process is pretty much a McKinsey style consulting interview. They leverage case studies type formats.
There is numerous documentation online about what this looks like at Meta, and they will help guide you through the process so I won't go into further detail.
Only thing I will say is that its very preppable (you can prepare) but it takes time, and some people spend months preparing (literally).
Got positive feedback and made it to the final round but ran into a hiring freeze. So, wasted all that time preparing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Product Sense -- they will give you a product design prompt
Product Execution -- they will give you an analytics or KPI oriented prompt
For both of these categories there is a TON of content online to help you prep. I suggest you start with YouTube searches and go from there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very difficult. They did a product sense and product analytics question. I would not only review videos online to practice, but would actually hire someone to practice IRL. There are an abundance of resources online. If you are the type that can't do improv, this might not be for you.
