I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Meta (Dublino, Dublino) in May 2021
Interview
Submitted CV via referral process, was contacted for HR screening interview the next day. Was easy to book a slot that suited via their calendar.
Was told in the email that the role I would be interviewed for was a different one to the one which I applied for. Prepared for that role only to be told at the actual phone interview that I was actually interviewing for the original role.
Was a general "tell me about your CV" type interview.
