I started the interview process in late September at my school's career fair. At that time I informed the recruiter that I had promised my previous summer internship employer a response to their offer by December 15th. In October I was told I passed the preliminaries and would be invited on site for a final round. Unfortunately there were no slots available until January so I had to withdraw from the process.
I felt the whole thing was very disorganized.
