I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter first. Spoke with a recruiter first for screening. Then a one hour technical interview including sql and case study. Finally, a virtual on-site including five sections. Received an offer about 2 weeks later, and negotiated. The interview process is very much like what you can find on youtube.

Question 1
Sql, statistics, analytical case studies where you need to solve a meta related question from start to finish and explain your thought process and analytical methods used.
I spoke to the recruiter then exchanged a few emails. I then scheduled a call with another recruiter for a specific role. I then had a coding test which asked 2 questions.
Pretty normally structured interview process - pick a programming language and then walk through a problem and answer how you would address each sub-question with that specific language. Not a lot of opportunity to show talents outside of strict problem-solving/coding.
