6 different interviews all with different people. The first with the recruiter. After that, the recruiter always called prior to the subsequent interviews and gave example questions that may be asked. The interviewers pretty much used those exact questions. The interviews were fair, no tricky questions or anything. Everyone I spoke with was interested, engaged and nice.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Meta (Dublino, Dublino) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process as a whole was good and the interviews were fun and efficient.
However, the "onsite interview" was done over Blue Jeans due to Covid. It felt long and demanding. Probably a different experience compared to an in-person onsite interview in their office.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
A call from the recruiter and then Intro calls with individual team members. This was followed by a case study round with the team where i had to make a presentation and pitch to a mock marketing team with a CMO . All were very friendly and overall a good process and quick turnaround.
