I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Galway)
Interview
Very positive interview, however the process took some time. Communication between stages could have been better. The technical side of the interview was more focused on my management skills and overcoming issues. A standard run down of the CV was included
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Demonstrate a quality issue you have encountered and how you overcame it?

Interview
One of the most weirdest experiences so far.I get a call in September for a position I applied in May. Phone call on Monday from the program Manager and face to face interview week later.Out of seven people set to interview me First one was HR who was 20 mins late to a 30 mins interview (online). out of next five 3 were online again.Last guy who was supposed to interview me never showed up.
Every interviewee asked the same 3 questions about situations I may have faced.Same questions over and over again. Some were nice enough to fill a form take notes but other dint even bother. For a senior position I expected atleast few Technical Questions, after all it was a tech role.
After a month of followup after the interview ,I get a copy paste of an automated Email.
If giving feedback is difficult ,please contact the candidate and convey the rejection .Very unprofessional of the hiring team to ignore Emails and phone call and sending an automated mail.

Interview
Hiring process was straight forward. it started with initial phone interview with HR. It followed by an interview with hiring manager. within week, personal interview with entire team was scheduled.
WIthin week of interview, reference check started and formal offer was made upon reference/ background check.
