I interviewed at McDonald's (Craigavon, Northern Ireland)
Interview
Was easy flowing, got to her hands on experience of the job. Staff were friendly and welcoming which made me feel at ease. Questions were the usual about customer service, complaints etc and I had the opportunity to talk about my own skills and experience as well
A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
The interview was quick, mainly asking about availability & any prior customer service or hospitality experience. They do review your resume but availability and the number of hours you can commit to is prioritised.
