Manpower Customer Service Representative interview questions

Interview process was very informal. Just like a regular conversation. There were not a lot of direct questions. More about how I felt about certain situations and how I handle different situations.It was very relaxed.

Phone interview as Im foreigner. Line leader and 2 other managers of the team were on the phone. It tooks only about 30 mins for everything, since I got all the details about the job from my friend who's referred me. It was nice and clear from the beginning.
