I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Manpower (Auburn, ME) in Dec 2017
Interview
Contacted via email and then took a test at home on my computer. As soon as I was done I called them and was then asked to come in for the interview. The people were all very friendly and helpful.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Manpower (Madrid) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview with the two first people were perfect, both educated and kind and I went through nicely. The third person showed herself as nice at the first site, she called me at the very next day to tells me that the job was mine, and I honestly asked her for I week to end things at my actual work the best way, with open doors (Thing that we discussed on the interview and she agreed). The next morning I received an email telling me that they can not wait for me a week and I was discharge from the opportunity. What happened about tell me and we discuss the thing about the week instead of leaving me without a job? I consider that this person, responsible for HR in some Spain division should be subject to review by the company, because I could sue for what she did, but my intentions are other, for example to reconsider and understand that what he did has no morals, values or reason. Honestly, Manpower taught me to lie in my next interviews.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Manpower (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2017
Interview
Set up with Manpower and took several assessments. Then had an interview with the company. They were very professional in letting me know status. I also had to take drug test and get a physical. Had to take safety training as well.
