These are all the steps I took for the interview: 1. an online application 2. online tests (maths, mechanical reasoning, english) 3. full day of interview (includes aptitude test, team building activity, presentation, tour, a presentation of a project you have worked on and an amazing lunch) 4. job offer (including all about the job and company ethics and policies) 5. Vetting (clearance to work there including background check)
