I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Harlingen, TX)
Interview
Interviewed with the manager. Not much to worry about, basically just answered basic "what would you do in X situation" type of interview questions. The manager noted that employees have to spend a lot of time memorizing frames and brands.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LensCrafters in Jan 2024
Interview
Went in before opening, and was asked to use examples of times I've worked well with people, overcome issues, delt with a rush and my experience. Then I was asked about my availability and if that would change with school ECT.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2020
Interview
It has a laid back atmosphere but is focused. LensCrafters has really amicable staff and they answered any of my questions before hiring me. For an entry level position, I thought the questions were adequate.
