I applied through other source. I interviewed at LensCrafters
Interview
I came into the store, talked with the General Manager and Lab Manager. It wasn't even a question that I was getting hired, because the hiring process (setting up an account, filling out paperwork, my availability) was mostly what we discussed. It was less of an interview, and more of a "we need bodies, you're hired."
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Mission Viejo, CA) in Dec 2011
Interview
Typical interview process asking you about what you would do in certain situations and how you would react. They ask you about your experience and why you think you would be a good fit. Don't talk too much about yourself and talk more about what you can do to help fit their needs in the position you applied for.
