Interview
It wasn’t too bad at all. The person who interviewed me asked some general questions. I think I was rather nervous during the interview process which was why I wasn’t hired. Just relax and prepare yourself ahead of time so the interview process is smooth sailing.

Interview
One interview held with the general manager. About 15-20 minutes long. General interview questions like "why do you want to work here?" and "what are some of your strengths and weaknesses?" The gm was very nice, not intimidating at all. Asked maybe 10 questions at the most. Overall very easy.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Westminster, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
I sat down for an interview with the manager of the store and the woman in charge of the lab. They reviewed my resume, had a few questions about my experience getting a degree. They tried to gauge my interest in the position. The conversation seemed to go pretty well, said they would contact me about a job offer on Friday. They never contacted me again.
