I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Nashua, NH) in Apr 2014
Interview
I had my interview with two managers, went well, i was excited, they said I would hear from them. I was called for a second interview, it also went well. After that it was horrible, no communication, lack of organization, no one knew what anyone was doing. Very unprofessional! ,
The interview was professional, straightforward, and well organized. The optician role was clearly explained, expectations were transparent, and the conversation felt respectful and efficient. Overall good experience and would recommend others for role
Video interview with a woman that did not turn on her camera. The woman was a store manager but this was her first time working in the optical business. She was so green, I should have been interviewing her. They have such high turn over I was really shocked to see that someone with no experience was managing in a location and without any formal training or license
Simple and easy, very straightforward. I did not have to wait long and the person interviewing me was very professional. The store was clean and the other employees were friendly.
