I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2017
Interview
Panel Interview over the phone. Interviewed with corporate recruiter, and the vice president over stores for North America. Was an intimidating process. I had already been acting in the position before this interview took place, so some of it I felt we should have been past in the interview.

Interview
I had three interviews/meetings and I was told it would have involved 1-2 more before I was told I didn’t have enough experience. Was neither a bad or good experience, but one of the most challenging interviewing I’ve ever experienced.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LensCrafters in Mar 2025
Interview
Three/four rounds until the end where the zvp was touring the states and interviews were put on hold to later on get a rejection letter out of no where and the recruiter ghosting me later after I asked why I was rejected while waiting for the next step.
I found it really comfortable. It took 3 rounds. Once with the recruiter. Once with the RD. And then one with the RD and Area director.
Found it to be your standard corporate interview. But very supportive
