Kroger Cashier interview questions

Very easy. They asked about my strengths and weaknesses and why I wanted to work there. Very typical interview, very laid back company. They drug tested and did a background check the drug test was conducted with a mouth swab right as I finished the one on one interview and sent off for the results. Pay rates are usually pretty competitive they will most likely start you above minimum wage if you have any experience. Smile smile smile! They are a company that strives for happy smiling faces welcoming customers, all too often there are cashiers who are just moping around. I got hired and promoted several times within a year just by having a good attitude at work and willing to do more than my job required..I was getting paid why not work? Fantastic company, I loved working there.
