It was very simple, straight to the point. Very fast interview that didn’t take long. Had to be open to doing a training that took a few days. It was paid.
Straight forward, largely automated. Main assessment based on customer service skills. Some scenario questions involved (best course of action given a situation) but overall intuitive. Be sure to take into account any previous experiences in similar settings.
