I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraken (Parigi) in Jun 2025
Interview
The whole process was surprisingly efficient, only 3 steps, no needless interviews where you have to repeat your CV for someone. While there were some delays between the moment I applied and when I got an interview, there was regular communication from Kraken, which is a really nice change of pace in today's job market. A transparent, human process with interesting people.

Question 1
The product "case" was done live, it focused on how you think, ask questions about feature requests and ultimately how you prioritize them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraken (Milano) in Jun 2025
Interview
The process was very nice, it consisted of an initial interview with HR with behavioural questions. Next there was a challenge that you could do asynchronously when you wanted. This was followed by a technical interview about the challenge, about what could be improved, what you would do differently and any problems discussed together. Finally then a final cultural fit interview with the Hiring manager. The process was smooth and very nice, all the people you met during the interviews were nice and tried to put you at ease.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about the challenge, like what would you change if you had more time?
Recruiter doesn’t respond to questions or requests for updates. Process usually elongated, hard to tell what they really wanted. Not a lot of diversity in interview panel, seem mainly Caucasian heavy.
