KPMG Manager interview questions

3 stage process, starting with teams interview with a senior manager, followed by a case study and finally an interview with a partner. Process runs usually over a two or three week period. They often getting back to you fairly quickly depending on the amount of interviews they are conducting.

3 rounds of interview, the first two rounds involving the director and a few associate directors, and the final interviewer involving the head of the practice i was gonna be part of. Mix of competency, technical and behavioural questions, all tailoured to determine whether I’m a fit for the role. Second and third interviews included in-person case study presentations.
