Was the best ever. The director and partner were very open and understanding. I got my first response within 24 hours. I was then called for a second interview with a director of the team I had chosen to work for. He gave hints that he'd be taking me by saying 'Hope to see you again' when the interview ended

2 interviews and psychometric testing. Massive gap between the 2 and no communication in between. Lack of clarity on the role. Then a big rush once offered to get started despite the process taking so long. 2 impressive leaders in the process and one person involved who was not and they didn't seem to know why they were involved at all.
