Thorough technical and analytical skills were analyzed. Lots of encouragement . Case studies and problem solving . Scenarios based on real life challenges were introduced aptly. Four rounds with different levels of people.

The process was quick and efficient. A phone interview, then a hiring manager in person interview, then another senior leadership interview. No real concerns. HR itself functions like a well oiled machine here. Employee referrals hold a lot of weight.
