Interviews with 3-4 senior employees are pretty standard. The interview was more qualitative than quantitative and seemed aimed at seeing how I would flex to various colleagues/work environments. Interviewers we’re friendly and professional.

Interview
It involved 3 interviews, moving from middle management to senior management. The process took 3 months and indeed a short case study test. They were very flexible on timing. All was done via video conferencing.
