Online then in person, general questions as well as personal ones before test of knowledge as well as company values. Case studies also present so need to think on feet.

in person psychometric assessment, followed with a group assessment and (2 to 3) panel interviews with the final interview being with the partner in-charge. general questions are based on common knowledge (also tied to field of study) - so no complex accountancy questions posed on an engineer with no accountancy knowledge/background
