Il colloquio ha inizio dopo una fase di scrematura di candidata che viene realizzata tramite un test di contabilità e bilancio di una 30ina di domande. Dopo aver superato il test c'è una nuova fase di testing del livello di inglese. Successivamente si parla con un responsabile delle risorse umane ed un senior che "interroga" il candidato con alcune domande sempre su bilancio e contabilità (molto semplici).
