Interview
Interview question did not include any technical questions. Instead it was more of a casual talk with the hiring manager. From my point of view, the company is trying to assess your soft skill and get to know your personality / characteristics.

Tell me a little bit about yourself.
Why did you choose Audit.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
