The interview does have few stages such as phone call, aptitude and IQ test, and the online interview. During the phone call they just ask you a simple question such as which industry do you prefer and do you keep updated to those industries. IQ is an online test. Lastly, the actual interview with the interviewer.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
