Interview
Interview process is just like any other places. It's a template process. Recruiter sounded nice and welcoming. The manger and seniors were all so happy to see you during the interviews. They will treat you to lunch and make you feel you want to work with them. During lunch, you will think, "these people are so happy and encouraging, I can't wait to start my workday here with KPMG!!"
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
