Nach meiner Online-Bewerbung habe ich eine Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch in München bekommen. Das Gespräch haben zwei Damen aus dem Audit geführt. Beide waren äußerst nett und das Gespräch war sehr angenehm. Zuerst erzählten Sie einiges über sich selbst, KPMG als Unternehmen und das Praktikum. Danach habe ich von mir erzählt. Sie waren vor allem sehr interessiert an meinem zuvorigen Werkstudentenjob und meinem Studium. Da ich VWL studiere, habe ich auch offen zugegeben, dass ich kein Experte auf dem Gebiet Bilanzierung bin, was kein Problem dargestellt hat. Ich bin mir einem positiven Gefühl aus dem Gespräch gegangen. Einen Tag später habe ich einen Anruf erhalten mit einem ausführlichen Feedback und einem Praktikumsangebot.

Es ging vor allem um mich als Person und meinen bisherigen Werdegang sowie meine weiteren Pläne. Fachlich wurde ich nichts gefragt. Allerdings habe ich von anderen Bewerbern erfahren, dass fachliche Fragen nicht selten sind. Das hängt wohl stark vom Interviewer ab.
