I was invited to apply for a role as associate consultant by a recruiter of KPMG based on lots of previous interaction that we had. She discussed this with the hiring partner and so I applied. The first round consisted of a personal interview. The second round of a case interview and personal interview. The last round consisted of a interview with a peer and the hiring partner. At the end, I got rejected based on my motivation whilst they knew everything about me and so my motivation, they invited me based on that information to reject me at the end. In retrospective one of the most comical processes that I have experienced.

Question 1
Talk about yourself? And some resume related questions
Swift interview, asked standard questions on interests and motivations behind applying to the team. Asked a little on topics related to the job as well, was not too difficult. Overall experience was good.
First, HR round then technical round then 2nd technical round then HR round. After that got selected. Interview experience was good. Onboarding process was smooth and easy. But joining kit experience was not up to the mark
