The process started with a written test that tested my grammar in English. It was followed by two rounds of technical interviews. The first was with my hiring manager while the next was with the senior manager. As I was a fresher, the questions were not too technical rather focused on my intent and apprenticeship experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Bengaluru) in Jan 2019
Interview
Begins with an assessment of candidate's aptitude and language skills followed by 3 rounds of interviews for personality, technical and HR rounds where in the fitment, candidate temperament, IQ, EQ and alignment with company are assessed.
The company conducted an aptitude exam and after shortlisting, students had to give 3 rounds of interview. 2 technical and 1 HR round. All the interviewers were friendly and asked situational questions to check quick thinking
