I was head hunted by the internal recruitment team and asked if i would like to be interviewed. I was then told to prepare for a 2 hour interview and complete a task that I would need to present . All this for a stage 1 interview. Eventually a preliminary telephone interview was agreed. This did not go well as the interviewer had already decided the answers he wished to hear, no debate or discussion.
