1st step was with HR, and it was a good one even though that guy also asked a few questions about security(i really don't think he has any idea what he asked about) 2nd step with hiring manager, HR told me that it's gonna be a introductory one, but it was a real interview which lasted ~45mins, which supposed to take max. 30mins. 3rd step with hiring manager(interestingly) and one of his peers, and this talk didn't cover anything related with the tasks that I'll work on once if they hire me. somehow they read my resume many times and asked a couple of statements that I've put there whose I really don't remember precisely. I guess they should be more professional and should have prepared for the interviews to evaluate level of seniority of candidates, otherwise it's waste of time for everyone. also I'm told that there can be a 4th one with more focusing on technical(!) things, which really makes no sense from my end, and made me to think they have unclear structure for the position and either interview processes.
