I applied on LinkedIn and as a first step, I had a casual 30 min conversation with the recruiter. He setup another 30 min call the following day with the hiring manager. The next day, I got a 'interview cancelled' notification from the meeting app, an hour before the interview with no formal email communication. 2 days later I got the usual automated email saying I am rejected. Very unprofessional.

The interview process was smooth and transparent. The product team were active and knowlegible. Questions were asked and answered from both sides. My personal impression was that I was talking to a very professional team
