Applied onlined via LinkedIn and was contacted within a week of the team reviewing my application. Recruitment coordinator was very diligent in getting process set up and answering questions beforehand. The actual interview was a video call with two TAP's and was a run through of experience whilst testing skill set. Was informed it was going to be a longer process due to the sheer amount of interviews they had set up and was advised two weeks after initial interview reasons for the decline. A process to whereby I have learnt so much and the constructive feedback is something to work on for future interviews.
