Great assessment centre. Very thorough and good exposure to all senior management team. Assessment centre was very informal and relaxed, whilst being rigorous at the same time. Recruiters and staff were friendly and approachable, which put me at ease instantly.

'Who/what is the Just Eat customer, and how should we be marketing to them?'

Answered several questions online, basically asking "Why JUST-EAT?" "Why you?" and the rest of the standard affair.
This was followed up with a phone interview several weeks later, which consisted of simiar questions to the online form.
After a fine phone interview, I was invited to an assessment day in Borehamwood where there were around 16 of us for one graduate marketing position. They said at the end of the day that maybe they would extend it to two as there were several strong performers.
The assessment day consisted of group exercises/presentations, 'normal' interviews and competency-based interviews. Staff were friendly.
