Application consisted of submitting a CV online. After this I was contacted and invited for a telephone interview. This was around 30 minutes. Shortly after I was invited along for the assessment centre, this consisted of a number of tasks including a presentation, group exercise and a one to one interview. As someone who is typically very nervous at interviews, this was one of the best experiences I have had. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming that my nerves quickly went away and I really enjoyed my time there.
