It was a 4 stage process: an initial CV review, followed by a 20-30 minute phone interview, then a video interview then an assessment centre day. The assessment centre consisted of 3 assessed activities: a group task, an individual interview and a presentation of an individual project which was set a week in advance. The process was very smooth and I was given detailed information about what each stage would entail. Erin from the graduate recruitment team was friendly, thorough and communicative throughout.
