got a phone call a couple weeks after applying, small mini telephone interview. Invited to come in for assessment centre, which basically starts half an hour late to wait for latecomers. Consisted of a group discussion task, where I was being myself even though I felt many people were talking over me and trying too hard. Then did a short written multiple choice assessment, and one-to-one interview. Overall a lengthy process, about 2-3 hours. Interviewers were really friendly and made me comfortable. The told me they would get back to me within three days. Two weeks later I got a phone call saying I had gotten the job.

Introduction, Group work assessment started after 40 minutes wait. The reason given was they were waiting for applicants who didn't turn up. Multiple choice test given. One on one interviews were delayed as well each were 50 minutes sitting around among 10 applicants. The email said 3 hours and the whole session ended 5 hours later. Their treatment of prospective employees is terrible. Interview outcome was going to be given a few days later none came I had to email to HR two weeks later to be told I wasn't hired. Dislike this company stopped been their customer.
