Interview
Initially I was emailed saying I had been rejected in my application. However this was confusingly followed up by a poorly written email saying I had been progressed and I was to complete a simple task (see below). After clarifying that I had been progressed I completed the task.
No one ever got in contact with me following this. I rang up a couple times and after 2 weeks of waiting I spoke with a boorish staff member who insisted on repeatedly telling me I did receive an email (I didn't). They were never able to forward the email they said they had sent to me.
Confusing, rude and unnecessarily drawn-out process.

The interviewer was nice and answered all my questions gladly, but communication after the interview was poor, even though I was told of the timescale for the hiring process
