I applied through LinkedIn, and got an e-mail within two weeks with a series of questions you were required to answer, I answered them and then got asked to come in for an in-person interview. I wasn't impressed, I walked into the office, no one was at reception, an employee told me to sit down and wait and then the recruiter came down to get me, only for me to find out I was actually meeting with her and two other people. They didn't seem prepared (I don't even think they looked at my resume previous to me getting there) and they weren't friendly at all. I wouldn't have wanted the job anyways!
