It was a video interview where very basic questions were asked regarding strength, weakness, why this job matches my interest, Why I would be a good fit? etc.
You would get time to re take and modify your answers upto 2 times.
online multiple choice assessment and digital interview. 3 questions. u can re-record twice per question. once they send you an email after applying online, you have 4 calendar days (including weekend) to complete.

I log on in www.jnj/careers.com and filled the application process for a MBA summer intership for Spain or England (only the places where I know the local language and where I have permit to work).
I had to upload my cv and a cover letter. I write the cover letter after fully understanding their credo, in order to mention the main values that J&J and I share. It took me 8 hours to make the cover letter. At the end it was great, and it seems they liked because they called me for a 1:1 interview.
