I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Jan 2015
Interview
Contacted by recruiter. Had 3 total interviews (one with a manager, two with application developers). Each were phone interviews lasting 30 minutes. The first interview was questions more about myself and my interests (more of a resume review). The second two were more technical. Questions predetermined and taken from a list
If you had two employers with two opposite requirements for a product (i.e. something that works as fast a possible sacrificing some accuracy vs. something that works slower but is quite accurate) and could not physically meet both, how would you resolve this product?
Through my career fair, had an onsite interview with two different half hour sessions and was pretty straightforward. They both were very considerate and answered all my questions and were very prompt in the feedback process.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
Interview was accepted through career services at school. The interview was two-part, one being more resume-based and another behavioral-based. Don't feel nervous or panicky because they realize this. Be yourself and answer truthfully. They rather have you say that you don't know rather than waste 5 minutes trying to make it up.

Question 1
Aside from the standard questions about why J.P. Morgan, and why the specific position, they asked about your three strongest and weakest attributes. Also your biggest accomplishments and a tough decision that you made.
