I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
Overall the interview process was great! It was two, 30min interviews back to back with executive directors at the firm. The first one was more conversational than anything else, he asked questions about stuff on my resume, why Im studying computer engineering, how I like it, about my past software projects (I demoed two mobile apps I was working on, on the spot), and gave me a chance to ask questions about jpmc.
The second interview was more technical, and harder behavioral questions were asked. One question that caught me off guard was "Whats the biggest risk you've taken". My answer was all over the place, but overall it was a great interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Londra, Inghilterra)
Interview
1. Logical/Psuedo code test
2. Technology Review Interview
3. Competency Interview
4. Group Discussion
Interviewers were nice and comfortable to talk to. However for the competency based questions be ready to be asked a lot of questions and then further probing into your past experiences. Was asked a lot of questions related to do with working in teams and how I would go about handling different situations.
