Interview
PPT (Pre placement talk) by company HR and team then written aptitude test for an hour.
Shortlisted candidates will have to attend two face to face interview. First round will be on basic programming concepts. On clearing the first round you will have to attend next round which is a HR round. If they ask you if you are comfortable with night shifts then don't think much and just say "Yes".

A simple question on sorting and then few management questions. They are very particular about night shifts.

Interview
I was called for face to face interview on weekend and after completion of first round of technical interview they told me that next would be telephonic interview and that too at onsite hours.They have scheduled an interview twice for telephonic round at onsite convenient time and did not even inform about the cancellation.They doesn't care about the interviewee time and give lame excuses for what has happened.After the telephonic round they have sent a mail to send documents and hr round would be initiated for which documents are submitted but did not even respond further.
Overall it is a very bad experience.Please don't conduct interviews just for time pass sake.Give respect to others time
