I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in May 2023
Interview
Had a call with the recruiter. A few weeks later scheduled a video interview after I had to follow up with the recruiter. Had the video interview rescheduled by the company. Finally had the interview where they asked me every single React and Javascript trivia question they could find online. It was an 50 min quiz on React/JS then they left a few mins for me to ask questions. Although the main interviewer that was asking question was polite, I could barely understand him because of his accent. The other interviewer that didn't talk much was on a power trip and he was rude when I started asking questions. Only subject yourself to this place if you have no other prospects.

Interview
They cannot be bothered to give you correct name of person on the panel (instead, you get name of vice president) Information about 3 days mandatory in office was nowhere in the job add Zoom interview conducted in open space office The best part - you can see names of other candidates whilst waiting for employee to log in the call 😡
A through interview process requiring a small sample exercise to be completed beforehand. Interviewers were very accomodating and made reasonable adjustments for me. Questions were both personality based and technical.
