I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
Discussion with recruiter, several phone interviews. The interview process is as usual but very inefficient. They don't have any calendar so there were several back and forth to schedule. Also one interview was like 8:30 PM.
I was interviewed by 4 engineers (other than recruiters). IMO, all went well. However, one particular interviewer was extremely unprofessional. At the end he asked if I had any questions which I answered "yes" and asked the question. His reply was ~"this is a great question, i guess you'll ask the same question to other interviewers...." I was like WHAT? but I replied while gently laughing (to just ease situation) 'I am not sure if I'm going to ask other interviewers same question'. Well, I may or may not and i believe it's ok to ask same questions to different members of team to get individual perspectives. Don't different interviewers ask same question to interviewees? But point his how and why he predicts/judges that! However, after I challenged his "judgement", he softened it like ".... (next person) will be better person to reply this question". At that point I've decided I will be very critical about this team.
However, next person, however, was extremely cool and professional. Also he gave me chance to ask questions before he could ask me and and wanted to re-schedule another meeting for his questions if my questions take whole session.
However, after 4th interview they decided not to move forward with me as they're hiring someone else. So hiring someone else was fine but I'm not sure whether that's generic response or not; there is no way to confirm. IMO, I couldn't correctly respond 100% of the questions but I've done fairly well. So I will just take it that they found someone with better skills/knowledge.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Singapore) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was a JPMorgan interview at Singapore (changi branch).
Was given java questions to answer, and feedback for interviewer was great as I was able to answer majority of the questions. However when the process reaches the indian hiring manager (it failed). It felt that, JPM is a pro indian company, very few experienced locals are given a chance to enter it seems. There is something wrong with the hiring process. JPMorgan managers PLEASE TAKE NOTE.
Feedback given was lack of experience. In the first place, if lack of experience, why do you ask me for an interview to answer your questions? And if i was able to answer it, why weren't i given a chance to move to the next round.
