The initial communication came through a consultant and then the HR manager. There was sufficient time given to take the call. The Project head called for a telephonic interview and this lasted for about 3/4th of an hour. I believe it was a very practical call, since the questions were all about the betterment of the operations environment . There was a personal interview call the very next week. This also I felt was very positive. I thought I was taking decisions for problems in the current workplace. Lots of exchanging of ideas & benefits. Finally, I kept waiting for a call that never came. Since, I believe in closing issues. I made a call to the very person who interviewed me. The decision I believe was conveyed back to the required person who never got back to me. Finally, all I can say is , while the process was positive, the outcome was not.
