I had 2 phone interviews before I was invited for a final interview at their office. The first two phone interviews were behavioral type questions about how I would handle a given situation and about my previous work history. The final interview was focused on my technical skills including excel knowledge and how to assess risk

Asked several questions about definitions and their applications. Really unexpected content. Very confusing process, The interviewer even didn't show up for the scheduled time and have to rescheduled. Overall really disappointed experience.

1 round with department VP after HR email, the entire process is chill and conversational. Questions focus on projects listed on my cv, so my advice will be making sure you remember every details you have written on your cv.
I felt the risk analyst interview went smoothly. I confidently discussed my experience, showcased my analytical skills, and provided thorough responses to the interviewers' questions, leaving me hopeful for a positive outcome.
