J.P. Morgan Data Analyst interview questions

I would like to say that I got to interview stage on the role I applied to; but I did not despite having 20 years experience in that specific role. Instead JP Morgan approached a younger colleague in an entirely unrelated department asking if she was interested in the position. I would not have known had she not told me. I messaged the HR contact on the posting on Linkedin to ask why they were not interested in interviewing someone with 20 years experience in that specific role and he then asked me to reapply, one person got in touch to say they may schedule and interview- but then nothing, no interview. Jamie Dimon is himself not exactly young, so if youth is their prerequisite why is he still in a job?
