The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Jul 2011
Interview
The job was with the Home Lending division. The interview consisted of a phone screening, and then two 1:1 interviews with two senior managers of JPMorgan Chase (not necessarily from the Home Lending divsion). When I did the screening, they told me that someone would contact me in about 2 weeks; so they did, and came to their Newport, NJ building for the 1:1 interviews. It was pretty much like an interviewing event. VERY competitive. The 2 persons I interviewed with were awesome (I got a very clear idea of how JPMorgan Chase management is), and the interviews went pretty smooth and chill. Very nice work environment. They gave us the decision 2 weeks after, like they said. Unfortunately, I was not selected; there were 158 applicants, and they only selected 25.

Question 1
